About the scheme

A place to call home

Parc Emlyn Phase 2 is a community-led residential development that continues the established neighbourhood created in Phase 1. The scheme brings forward a thoughtful mix of bungalows, family homes and walk-up apartments arranged around generous areas of green space.

The layout has been designed to improve walking and cycling connections to the wider village, to work with the natural levels of the site through landscaped embankments, and to create an open, welcoming setting rather than an inward-looking estate.

Landscaped embankments and areas of public open space are woven through the scheme, supporting biodiversity and everyday amenity.
